Exhibitors attending SPWLA 2024 in Rio de Janiero:
The Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA) International Board of Directors and the Brazil chapter of SPWLA are hosting the SPWLA 65th Annual Symposium May 18-22, 2024 in Rio de Janiero, Brazil located at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort.
SPWLA is the largest Petrophysicists Professional Membership Society and provides information services to scientists in the petroleum and mineral industries, serves as a voice of shared interests in our profession, plays a major role in strengthening petrophysical education, and strives to increase the awareness of the role petrophysics has in the Oil and Gas Industry and the scientific community. Hosting this annual symposium offers a great platform for participants to interact with peer experts through technical programs, continuing education workshops, field trips, special meetings, business luncheons, and exhibitions of state-of-the-art technology in the oil and gas industry.
The Exhibition presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your company’s products and services, to build and strengthen your company’s position in the marketplace, for recruiting and network with industry professionals. We are taking steps to enhance the exposure of our exhibitors during the meeting. There will be two main exhibition areas with an easy flow on one floor in the center of the technical sessions. We will have coffee and refreshment bar stations throughout the areas. There will be breaks morning and afternoon to allow delegates time to visit the exhibits.
Free WiFi is available in the exhibition area. We are providing exhibitors one exhibitor badge (equivalent to full registration) per unit area of exhibit space and one exhibitor staff badge (which allows access to exhibit hall only). You will also receive a limited number of guest invitations for free admission to the exhibit hall only. Guest Invitations cannot be redeemed for any person (s) that will work in your booth.
Important Notes
Please note that the symposium’s social events are not included with the purchase of a booth. Although there is no cost associated with these events exhibitors and their staff must register to attend. Early registration is encouraged due to limited capacity. Online registration is anticipated to be available the third week of January 2024. Entry is based on registration sequence.
For your exhibit planning, please note that we have space flexibility particularly if you are planning a larger, multi-booth exhibit. We have designed the booth layouts to accommodate multi-booth sizes available on a first-come, first-served basis judged by the post-mark date on your written reply.
